Waves Sunrise

Kuakata is located in the western part of southern Bangladesh. It is in the district Potuakhali and about 70 miles north of the city. It's the beach where you can enjoy the incredible scene of the sunrise and sunset. These features attract a lot of tourists, both domestic and abroad to travel kuakata.

During peak Purnima Purnima Maghi and many people come here to take holy bath. Traditional fairs are also organized.

Kuakata is a virgin site for migratory birds in winter. A lot of birds come here during the winter. Coconut forests and the waves of the Bay of Bengal will touch your heart.
