Joan Adams and Betty DeLorme his sister have a great e-book compiled of different approaches to maintain a high vibration level, how to raise their status mood when feeling blue, how to take action when you feel sad.

I am proud to say I wrote a chapter of his book entitled "Reflections Are Alive! "

Each chapter provides guidance to banish the Blahs, lift your mood and increase your spirit! In fact, the act reading of these chapters is lifted immediately your mood, whatever you are experiencing!

I thought about making a list of my personal favorite from mood enhancers to add to the treasure chest:

1) Turn off the TV.

I like being on what is happening in the world, but watching the news is depressing that no longer want to participate in experts to tell people to think on the basis of their own prejudices, that tell people how vote, and essentially no longer report the news objectively.

2) Sit in your favorite chair and enjoy a bundle of Dom

3) meditate with your cat favorite retreat in the knee.

4) Look for periods of silence every day.

5) Focus on the present life force behind every inhalation and exhalation, all day. These are private and three dimensions happy moments shared only with yourself and can do, no matter what is happening around.

6) Avoid Depression - avoid lunatics.

7) Do not participate in gossip or join others when they are complaining. You will feel much better, avoiding negativity.

Create your own blog and write for several positions week. Do this only if you enjoy writing. This will help you because you are sharing your talent with the world.

9) Encourage people to comment on your blog. Thus began a long open discussion and feel connected to their audience.

10) sit, walk and sleep with their dogs.

11) Create a "dream board" as Joan describes in his e-book called "10 X 10". This is a free ebook and you can have in this address:

12) Amanda Goldston recommends an "Ideal Fun Day Card" Joan and Betty's book. This means first, noting everything you can think that would make or take each day brings you joy and fun!

Below are images that represent those things and paste and laminate these pictures on a 3X5 card and carry it with you.

Everything about this card should make you smile! Touch the card in his pocket several times a day. The power of this tool display is evidenced by their dreams and visions manifested in your life faster.

13) Going out and contemplate the starry sky. Learn the constellations and grasp. Identify called the ecliptic and recognize there astrological constellations: Aries, Pisces, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, etc.

Observation of stars is even more fun with a telescope. Naturally, you want to do this in a place away from the bright lights of the city.

14) Figure when a lunar eclipse that will happen. Then, make sure it is available in joy. This celestial event is soothing, relaxing and meditative. My husband and I recently watched an eclipse together and we agreed that it was wonderful quality time.

Braking time is held hands, and saw the moon at all stages, until it was dark except for a faint outline of the circumference of the moon.

I read that this particular eclipse saved Christopher Columbus and his team many moons ago.

He read his Almanac of an eclipse would happen the next night. He and his crew were detained by the Indians who threatened to kill them.

Columbus said: The moon disappears then returns it allowed us to live.

And the rest is history.

15) Race your dog or cat and kiss. Throw balls for your dog. Massage her back. Clip nails. Brush his coat. Watch for the look of gratitude that beams a happy face.

16) Learning to embrace life fully. Allow the resistance to what is simply disappear. Being in the moment where you are. Allow this moment to expand and realize that this is the time, not a series of moments in time linear tape.

That's all right now. Learn from this experience and allow you to grow.
