I have an idea of the big picture, something that may be a mural in a big city. How did we get this?

I'm on a high horse saying "My idea is sold," but I think if I take this to the general public would be a great piece. I do not want to come across as "a secret, I will not rob you, but you have to understand if I dare mention to anyone what it is. I do not know this industry, but I'm artistic enough to be outlined this idea and will be beautiful if done correctly. Please help.

Looking for a building to paint murals, then talk to the owner of that building. Since you already has an outline that can show what you want to do. I can not tell if you are talking about a particular city or just about any big city. If not matter where you painting, traveling and talking to the leaders and the city council in different areas. If your idea is rejected in a place perhaps another will agree to it.
